These terms apply to all treatment agreements between you and BodyResetNow.
Last updated: April 2026
These general terms and conditions apply to all treatment agreements, consultations, advice, and other services of BodyResetNow. By entering into a treatment agreement, the client agrees to these terms.
The therapist carries out the treatment agreement to the best of her knowledge and ability, in accordance with the standards of good professional practice. The therapist is MBOG-certified and RBCZ-registered and acts in accordance with the applicable code of conduct and disciplinary law.
The treatment constitutes an obligation of effort; no rights can be derived from whether or not the intended result is achieved.
The client provides the therapist with all information relevant to proper treatment, including medical history, medication use, and ongoing treatments with other healthcare providers. The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
The therapist is bound by a duty of confidentiality in accordance with the Dutch Medical Treatment Contracts Act (WGBO). All information provided by the client is treated confidentially.
The therapist maintains a file in accordance with the WGBO. This file is kept for a minimum of 20 years after the last treatment. The client has the right to access the file, receive a copy, and may request destruction of the file (subject to statutory retention periods).
Current fees are listed on the website and communicated prior to treatment. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
Orthomolecular therapy is not covered by basic health insurance. Depending on your supplementary insurance, partial reimbursement may be possible. Please check with your insurer for details.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, the therapist is entitled to charge the full consultation fee. In case of no-show without notification, the full fee will be charged.
The therapist is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. The therapist carries professional liability insurance.
The therapist's liability is limited to the amount paid out by the professional liability insurance in the relevant case.
In the event of the therapist's absence due to illness or vacation, the practice will be covered by a qualified orthomolecular therapist who meets the requirements of the Wkkgz (Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act). Ongoing treatments are transferred in consultation with the client.
In the event of a complaint about treatment, the first step is to discuss this with the therapist. If this does not lead to a resolution, you may contact the government-recognised dispute resolution body SCAG (Foundation for Complementary and Alternative Healthcare), with which the practice is affiliated.
The therapist is a member of the professional association MBOG and is subject to its disciplinary regulations.
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and all treatment agreements.
